Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use, the Rulebook and any other applicable agreements that govern the provision of Services (together, the “Agreement”).
Thalex does not accept business from certain jurisdictions (collectively, the “Excluded Jurisdictions”), in compliance with Applicable Law, international sanctions, regulatory guidelines or proprietary risk appetite. In accordance with Thalex Terms of Use, Participants are not allowed to use its Services from or within any Excluded Jurisdiction, nor to be resident, operating from/on, established or incorporated in such Excluded Jurisdictions, which may extend to any controllers, ultimate beneficial owners, managers or directors. The list of Excluded Jurisdictions is below, and it can be amended from time to time. By accepting and using our Services, you expressly agree that you don’t operate, reside, or are otherwise subject to any of the Excluded Jurisdictions below.
